These gatherings bring together the uplifting effect of live music along with the transformational changes we create with purposeful focus and intention. 

We begin with a series of warmups to open up the throat and heart chakras; along with gentle warming and stretching exercises to calm the mind and body. We are then ready to sound with our voices, alongside live musical accompaniment. The live music helps us to relax and let go, as we find ourselves enveloped in these beautiful healing Mantras.

The evening closes with some uplifting and energising tribal music and the opportunity to have some fun and move your body!
