Sol and Neleh made us feel welcome and relaxed on our arrival, the space is beautiful, in stunning settings, we were a little nervous about taking our first cold plunge but Sol showed us some breathing techniques which really worked which enabled us to enjoy the experience fully. The sauna is stunning and very hot with a choice of two cold baths and a fantastic outdoor cold shower, the whole space has been really well thought out and put together and the chill out space was a great way to finish our time there, would highly recommend and will definitely visit again.

Sauna Under the Stars

Come together for a cosy and relaxed **Family Sauna Session** where children (aged 8 and up) can join an adult (18+) to experience the gentle power of heat and connection.

This is a space to slow down, unwind, and share the sauna in a child-friendly way. While adults can enjoy the full benefits of the sauna, kids can join in the warmth at their own pace — dipping in and out as they like.

To keep things fun and cooling, **water pistols** will be on hand for kids to spritz and spray as they please (no cold plunges or showers for under-16s, thank you!).

So much more than a traditional sound bath, Surrender into Serenity is a immersive sound experience! Bringing together the benefits of mindfulness and breath-work in-combination with our beautiful instruments, which include quartz crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, Shruti box, Hang-pan drum, gentle vocals and much more! Interwoven with the live elements are sounds taken from nature as well as music we have produced intentionally for these evenings, guiding your mind, body and soul into a state of restorative relaxation and healing.

Plus we have taken comfort to the next level with our two booking options! Firstly, our Serenity Hammocks, where you can experience floating weightlessly in a soft cocoon, your whole body effortlessly supported whilst the sounds envelope you. Secondly, our futon floor mats. These are super cushioned and comfortable for those who are less mobile or would prefer being closer to ground level. No cold, hard floors to lie on! Both options allow your body to fully surrender into this magical evening of sound!
